KOKOXKALI c/o Enid Brun ("we," "us," , “site” or "our") offers sound sessions and related well-being services ("Services") subject to your compliance with the terms, conditions, and notices contained or referenced herein (the "Terms and Conditions").

Bookings

Sessions must be booked in advance through our website, email, phone, or in person. A non-refundable deposit of full contribution may be asked at the time of booking.

Cancellations

Due to the nature of our services and the preparation required, we require to provide at least 48 hours notice for individual sessions and 24 hours notice for groups sessions when canceling or rebooking an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows will not be reimbursed. Arriving more than 15 minutes after their appointment start time will be considered a no-show.

We will provide a one-time cancellation fee waiver for extenuating circumstances.

Should we at KOKOXKALI.Co need to reschedule with less than 48-hours’ notice for individual clients or 24 hours' notice for group sessions, no contribution will be asked and priority rebooking will be offered.

Contribution

A contribution is not a financial payment for our services, but a voluntary donation that will be forwarded to support Sacred Activism initiatives, social projects and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) dedicated women’s health and environmental causes.

Contribution is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged in advance. We accept Paypal, Bank Transfer & Cash payments. Contributions fees for services are subject to change without notice.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or other health concerns that may affect their ability to receive sound healing services.

Clients agree to follow all safety and health guidelines provided by us. Clients should arrive on time for their appointments to ensure the full session duration.

Limitations of Service

Sound healing is not a substitute for medical treatment or diagnosis. It is a complementary therapy designed to support overall well-being.

We make no claims as to the efficacy of sound healing in treating or curing any health conditions.

Health Disclaimer

We are not licensed medical care providers and are not rendering personal medical advice or treatment, and have no expertise in advising on, diagnosing, examining, or treating medical conditions of any kind, or in determining the effect of sound therapy on any medical condition. You acknowledge and agree that when participating in any session or workshop, and/or when using any products or services, there may be the possibility of detoxification symptoms or physical injury, and you assume the risk and responsibility for any such results.
