Sound Healing uses sonic vibrations to recalibrate the body to a state of optimal balance and deep meditation, countering the omnipresent stress of modern life. During the sound sessions we play a variety of instruments that resonate with (entrain) every cell in the body, bringing them to their natural harmony (homeostasis), and cleansing stagnant or negative energies in the process.

The practice of Sound therapy has been shown to alter brain wave states, through the use of rhythm and frequency the brain waves downshifts to a meditative state and deep relaxation. We use a variety of instruments such as Tibetan Singing Bowls, Crystal Bowls, Tuning Forks, Chimes, Rattles & Drums which are tuned to the individual energy or the energy of the group. As a participant, it is an effortless session, all that's required is to relax, let the soundscapes flow over and through you, just like in a bath, and enter the session with openness.

  • No prior experience is necessary. Our Restorative Sound Sessions are accessible to everyone, regardless of meditation background or familiarity with holistic practices.

  • Sessions typically last between 60 to 90 minutes, but the duration can vary depending on the type of session booked.

  • Comfortable clothing is recommended to help you relax fully during the session. You will be lying down or seated in a relaxed position, so ensure your attire allows for comfort and ease of movement.
